Dried Bilimbi Leaf Tea
Leaves are washed, sun-dried or oven-dried, then stored.
Produces a deeper, earthier flavor, often more mellow than fresh leaves.
Longer shelf life (months if stored in airtight packaging).
Easier to transport and brew anytime.
Drying can slightly reduce some heat-sensitive nutrients but concentrates other flavors.
