Cancellation & Refund
Once an order confirmation email is issued and/or the parcel has been collected by the courier rider, you are not permitted to cancel the order. MedicalPro reserves the right to cancel any orders in the event that the product is unavailable for any reason. If such a situation arises, we will promptly notify you and refund any payment you have made. The refund will be credited to your credit card or bank account, depending on the processing time required by your financial institution.
Return & Replacement
Upon receiving the goods, it is important that you thoroughly inspect them for any deficiencies and/or damages. If you come across any issues, you must notify us of your claim within 3 days by contacting our customer service email at medicalpro459@gmail.com. Failure to lodge a claim within this timeframe may result in the rejection of the claim. Refunds are not provided, but in the case of deficiencies and/or damages, we will arrange for replacements.
