Do we offer Malaysia-wide shipping?

Please expect at least 5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 7 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

When you spend over RM200, shipping is absolutely free! And even if your purchase falls below that amount, you will only pay a super affordable shipping fee of RM8.

What is our cancellation & refund and return & replacement policy?

Cancellation & Refund
Once an order confirmation email is issued and/or the parcel has been collected by the courier rider, you are not permitted to cancel the order. MedicalPro reserves the right to cancel any orders in the event that the product is unavailable for any reason. If such a situation arises, we will promptly notify you and refund any payment you have made. The refund will be credited to your credit card or bank account, depending on the processing time required by your financial institution.

Return & Replacement

Upon receiving the goods, it is important that you thoroughly inspect them for any deficiencies and/or damages. If you come across any issues, you must notify us of your claim within 3 days by contacting our customer service email at e-commerce@medicalpro.com.my. Failure to lodge a claim within this timeframe may result in the rejection of the claim. Refunds are not provided, but in the case of deficiencies and/or damages, we will arrange for replacements.

What is our Terms and Conditions?

During the registration process, it is mandatory to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. It is crucial to maintain the security of your account password and notify us immediately if there is any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by an acceptable bank.

Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until the checkout process is completed. MedicalPro reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason.

Payment:
Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, or other methods as clearly stated on our website. By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is either yours or you have explicit authorization from the owner to use it. We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of our website. Online banking transactions on our site are processed using HITPAY, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details within a secure host environment. While we take necessary precautions to protect the details of your order and payment, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may incur if a third party gains unauthorized access to the data you provide while accessing or ordering from our site, unless there is negligence on our part.

Discounts:
Discounts provided to you are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discount code or offers, unless otherwise stated. They must be redeemed by the published expiration date, if provided. MedicalPro reserves the right to modify, add, or delete portions of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Delivery:
Please note that we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. The estimated delivery times provided are approximate and start from the date the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination.
