Cancellation & Refund
Once an order confirmation email is issued and/or the parcel has been collected by the courier rider, you are not permitted to cancel the order. MedicalPro reserves the right to cancel any orders in the event that the product is unavailable for any reason. If such a situation arises, we will promptly notify you and refund any payment you have made. The refund will be credited to your credit card or bank account, depending on the processing time required by your financial institution.

Return & Replacement 

Upon receiving the goods, it is important that you thoroughly inspect them for any deficiencies and/or damages. If you come across any issues, you must notify us of your claim within 3 days by contacting our customer service email at e-commerce@medicalpro.com.my. Failure to lodge a claim within this timeframe may result in the rejection of the claim. Refunds are not provided, but in the case of deficiencies and/or damages, we will arrange for replacements.

Shipping Info:
Please expect at least 5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 7 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Directions:

Rub 0.5 per affected area 2-3 times daily. Can be applied to knee, ankle, neck, shoulder, wrist, back, hands, elbow, finers, muscles, etc.

One tube of 50g/unit is the recommended starter's dose which must be finished within 2-3 weeks.

Apply 2-3 times daily to the affected body areas. Rub sufficiently to cover the affected areas. For maximum benefits, finish 50g tube within 2-3 weeks. Continue to apply the cream after condition has improved for long term maintenance of Healthy Joints.
